Restrooms smelt terrible, no vent in there which caused it to smell like mold & same for the closet a very mildew smell to it. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient as well as no microwave. Having to pay for valet parking at a ridiculous price because they can’t afford to give their guest free parking. Unfortunately the stay was so terrible that we plan to never go to Seattle again or stay at any of the Hilton hotels from now on.

There are flees in the bed, got bites all over the body! Bought everything available breakfast $50 each person for two days, first day the restaurant opened at 8am, our tour started at 6:30am, no way to get the breakfast, the hotel refused to refund, not even credits for later! Asked me to call Expedia, Expedia said the hotel already charged the money, they couldn’t do anything! The second morning, both my husband and me ordered the breakfast totally worth $50, but the restaurant manager said we only could have classic American breakfast! The experience of staying in Kimpton was awful!!!👎👎And that was my anniversary trip! It was the worst experience of celebrating my anniversary ever!

"Glass-themed hotel, very unique. Not a very welcoming lobby or staff but beautiful lobby. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Lots of tv channels, terrible water pressure. The parking is easy and has electrical chargers."

"Me and my kids didn't have a car, but the property had an underground garage which kept the cars safe, about the rooms they were good and well maintained but when we asked for cleaning services, our beddings were not changed.
