Unfortunately, we had to end our stay earlier than planned due to the power outage in the valley. Despite the challenging circumstances, the resort and its staff handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They went above and beyond by welcoming both guests and stranded travelers seeking shelter, providing complimentary coffee and breakfast while helping everyone make alternative arrangements.
