"I absolutely loved the location — peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The customer service staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast delivered to the room was simply spectacular. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. "Many food options at the hotel, reservations needed at most. The food was good but if you have allergies they are not very accommodating. They have both feather pillows and poly fill pillows so make sure you request hat you want. They have beautiful pool choices including a lazy river. Many many conference rrooms. Some of the bathrooms by the conference were not cleaned and stocked in a timely fashion. The tap water tastes terrible. Thankfully they offer Aqua Panne and San P. Overall very good experience and I would recommend it."

"The hotel outside and inside is very clean and the checkin staff was outstanding, she explained everything, was super helpful and even had my room ready earlier than check in time. My room was perfect, king size bed with very large sofa separate area with a mini kitchen area . The a/c worked perfect ,bed was comfortable and room was quiet. I would stay here again and was very happy with everything about this hotel."
