"This was a family vacation of 5 days and 4 nights. We really enjoyed ourselves. My children really enjoyed the pool area and the different activities that are scheduled everyday. Location is top notch. There are several restaurants to choose from."

"We requested pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed, and were told they would arrive within 10 minutes. It ended up taking over an hour—and only after we called again to follow up. When they finally came, they brought just two pillows and no blanket. The staff member said he would return with the blanket, but never did. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"The pools were very nice but very far from each other. No resort feel it’s like being in an apartment complex. The rooms were not clean and there is no housekeeping. Everyone has their garbage and towels in the hall and it attracts animals. They charge a resort fee yet most things are working and they no longer have a shuttle. No mini golf, no shuttle and no house keeping not sure what the resort fee is for. No towels or receptacles at pool. Bedding seemed dirty. They loosely toss a flat sheet over the mattress . It’s not tucked in or made up. It’s a bit gross not sure why anyone would want a membership here. "

"We had a lovely weekend getaway with our small family. Check-in was slightly delayed, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with the front door sticking, but it was resolved quickly by a very courteous team member. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, and the water park was a fun highlight. Dinner at the Eleven was just average, the AC was uncomfortably cold, the food was okay, and the milk we ordered for our son was spoiled. However, the service was great and the views were lovely."
