「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Overall stay was good and customer service was good It was close to everything and views were good . The only thing that bothered me was that no one came in to clean our sheets or give us new towels or toilet paper all 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk or find house keeping cleaning other rooms just not ours.」

「The slopes were extremely accessible and the ski valet staff were great. We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. The room was run down and the sofa/bed was really old. I’ve stayed in much better for far less. The amenities/perks had all kinds of issues. Bowling alley was down, the spa was unavailable and the restaurant wasn’t as described. It was a challenge to get a decent breakfast and...

「They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?」
