「The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul. 」

「The condo was wonderful. Clean, spacious and cozy with good views. It has everything you need. Depending on how long you stay you may need to get to a grocery store for paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. There is a grocery store across th bridge (off the island). 「I booked this room for one night we were greeted by a security guard to check us in !! No front desk!!! thanks god it was only one night the Orchid has a great location but the hotel is very outdated you feel like walking down a prison hallway dim lighting and mold smell. The room Was small no information about the place no water!! No front desk! 「It’s a great little spot that grows on you the longer you stay. You start appreciating the quaintness and peacefulness. I really preferred the rooms toward the back of the property best. Great value 」
