"Room was fine. Only complaint is that the sink is a pedestal sink with the shelf above the toilet. Not the most ideal placement but not sure there were other options. Other than that, room was fine. We were only there to sleep so didn’t use facilities much. Breakfast was ok, not great, but there are lots of options to go out for breakfast in Estes. "

"Located in a wonderful spot where the elk herd comes through 2 to 3 times a week. You can watch the prairie dogs in the field from your room. The rooms are very clean. Our pet was able to stay for a fee."

"Booked cabin 2, it was a good size for 4 adults and 2 kids. Having the patio to go out and relax was great with the views of the mountain side or a short walk to the water. Lots of seating available by the water. Workers were great, we had a bee hive under the patio and they took care of it quick. location to estes downtown is great and to the national park. cons: the sheets/towels had like a old/musty smell, even after we got clean ones. the patio was missing 2 safety boards so we used chairs to keep the kids safe. no cleaning spray was available to clean up counters."

"My family and I loved the room we stayed in. We enjoyed the two bedrooms with the living room space and kitchen as well as the outside patio. We visited the pool, the clubhouse area with all the board games, and the main lobby for smores at night and free breakfast in the morning. This was a great stay for our first time in Estes Park! It had everything we needed and more."

"The view from cabin 11 was amazing. I don't know what would've made the experience better other than maybe the bar being open on a Sunday Monday, but I understand probably not a big crowd on those days."
