「Friendly desk personnel (Kenny) at check in. The breakfast beats all others that I have had. Everyone there made you feel t home. Will be back real soon!! Thank you alll. 」

「I had a problem with the internet. I brought my Dell laptop and could not access the internet. I was on with a tech support person for some time without any resolution. This is my only complaint about my stay. Maybe something with my laptop or my Norton 360 security was the issue, but it has worked fine elsewhere.」

「Room was clean. Staff was not super helpful or friendly. Asked for a wake up call and did not get one. Stood at the front desk for over 6 minutes and staff member just sat in the back on their phone.」

「Very nice, very clean. Seems new. The hotel was almost empty (no events that night?). In spite of this, we did hear some noise when in the room. The staff was friendly. 」

「We got to the hotel at 9:30 pm, the front desk clerk was very nice, our room was awesome, we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was very well maintained and had three fountains going into the pool, the spa was great, it was big and bubbles like a hot tub. Breakfast was different everyday which was great. Will stay again. The only con I would say is they don’t have cleaning staff at night to get more towels or things to the room, you have to go to the front desk for those items.」

「Firehouse Inn is filled with olde world charm. Hand painted walls, claw foot chairs, Bose audio system for easy listening, TV and a fireplace in large living room. Dining area can seat multiple guests in comfort. The hospitality is amazing! Donna’s cooking skills are mouthwatering and Mary is the go to person to get you settled in. Our bedroom had a very comfortable bed, lounge chair with ottoman and spotless bathroom. Shower was large enough for two people 👍! Will definitely visit again.」
