「Two of my friends didn't know what kind of bite they had on them the night they stayed! Sound insulation is not good either. Anther thing that I‘d like to say is about when we checked into the room, there was only a box with little bit tissue left in the room. Late when we used some then ran out of that tissue and I went to the front desk and asked for a box, and the stuff told me to go to the restaurant across the front desk.」

「The hotel staff were so kind and cheerful! Extremely helpful and informative. Carol was just amazing and made us feel very welcome upon our arrival and even beforehand with a nice courtesy call to verify our booking.
