Our flight was leaving later in the day and we were given late check-out until 2pm which is very generous compared to any other hotel properties we’ve stayed. "

"Charming hotel with lovely amenities. Service was prompt and friendly. There are no bell captains or personnel to assist with luggage, and we needed help moving luggage from the exit on 3rd (no steps) to the front where cabs and ride share are allowed to park. We found a hotel employee to help us, but I wouldn’t stay there again because of this issue. Perfectly lovely hotel, but ultimately not for anyone who might need assistance. "
