「Booked the room 3 days in advance. When i arrived they said there wasn't any rooms available. After an hour of checking he found my reservation but my room was in the middle of renovation and the door wouldn't open from the outside so he climbed through the window to open the room to show me. It was full of mattresses and construction supplies. They cleaned most of it out and put new bedding on one bed and put up a shower curtain. By this time it's after 2am and i just wanted to take a shower...
