「We have been to Natchez many times, and talked about staying here. I’m glad that we did, because the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is prefect, and the view from our room was amazing. We especially enjoyed the large flowering pink trees outside our window. Even though it was hot outside we still went for a walk along the river. The beds were very comfortable. However we were not impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was okay, but the floor was not clean,...

「The room advertised does not look anything like the room it is we got in the hotel. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. It was not made up. There was soap in the tub that was melted. When we went to the office. There was another customer complaining, wanting a refund they were told corporate would not allow that they put us in another room. The last room in town it had gnats and was dirty. Highly recommend stay away.」

「For the price I paid for this suite, I expected better. Nothing was clean in the room. The sheets were dirty, as well as the tub and toilet. There was a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The fixtures in the room were missing or loose. The area where the carpet met the floor going into the kitchen was unfinished, and my 3 year old son ripped his sock on it. The refrigerator was rusty. My wife spent a good amount of time cleaning the entire suite to make it usable. We even got new sheets...

「First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. 「Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.」

「The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!」
