「For the price I paid for this suite, I expected better. Nothing was clean in the room. The sheets were dirty, as well as the tub and toilet. There was a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The fixtures in the room were missing or loose. The area where the carpet met the floor going into the kitchen was unfinished, and my 3 year old son ripped his sock on it. The refrigerator was rusty. My wife spent a good amount of time cleaning the entire suite to make it usable. We even got new sheets...

「The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!」

「Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.」
