Front staff was friendly and prompt. Housekeeping was efficient. Property itself was quiet and cleanliness was not an issue. Some towels and washcloths had stains and were somewhat thinned out but otherwise usable. Good stay overall, would recommend.

I'd Stay Here Again
Great accommodations. If I come through Lake Charles again, I'll stay there again. Rooms were very clean, hallway was very clean. The only thing I'd ask them to change is have a little more available for breakfast items.

We booked a one night stay. Nice, simple room. Shower was great. Short drive to the casinos. We were there for a concert and had a great time. Good customer service at the front desk. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

They charged me a $50 deposit bc someone smoked in the room the halls and the room reaked of smoke! $89 plus $50 deposit not refunded! It’s ridiculous! The entire second floor smelled like an ashtray
