「Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.」

「The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. 「It’s a beautiful hotel. As far as amenities ; three’s a kitchenette but no dishes, pots and pan or utensils. It would be helpful if the guests knew that before booking. Also, it was listed that breakfast was included, There is no breakfast included. The service staff does an amazing job cleaning Ava sanitizing the rooms, they are very helpful and courteous. I must say the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are stocked sufficiently and kept Clean. I would definitely stay at My Place when I...

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Stayed here while visiting my daughter at Fort Gordon. It is so conveniently located to the base, and there’s a gas station right next-door. The hotel itself has all the amenities we were looking for, a nice gym, a pool, and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. 「The room reeked of mold. The smell smacked you in the face and the air felt thick and wet, it was disgusting. The floor wasn’t clean. It was covered in crumbs and felt grimy like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. You had to wear socks to be able to walk around the room. The bathroom outlet didn’t work either.」
