I booked a room on expedia, but when I actually arrived at the hotel, the rude staff told me that there was no room, I was rejected and had to check in at another hotel. The money I paid has not been refunded to me, it's terrible

Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta.
