「Falta renovación pero es algo que se sabe antes de ir ya que lo que pretende el hotel es encantar con los servicios y la belleza natural. Concuerdo con otros comentarios que la comida es mejor que en otros hoteles de 3 estrellas en los que he estado. Nota especial para el equipo de animación que hace un óptimo trabajo para entretener a los huéspedes que hablan español, inglés, alemán, francés e italiano.」

「Hébergement très spacieux, je déplore juste avoiyeu un logement pour PMR du coup tout était particulièrement bas dans la cuisine. Sinon la résidence est superbe dans le style canarien,bien entretenue, le personnel est agréable et le parking un vrai plus 」

「All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience.」

「Terrible - they have overbooked and we were turned away late at night. However the reception staff were helpful although the alternative they found us was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and they did not pay the taxi fare which they said they would 」

「Le personnel est au top, disponible, prévenant, aimable. Les repas sont bien. L'hôtel à 50 ans mais demeure très agréable, il est très bien entretenu, sa déco pleine de charme. Quand au cadre, c'est mavnifique. Nous espérons qu'il survive à l'écologie. 」

「Everything was good, lots of shops and restaurants near by if you go half board then you have the option to eat out also.」

「Good: our bungalow was private and tucked away, quiet. Bed comfy Bad: had to kill a cocroach in the wardrobe, fridge didnt work, paint on wall was coming off, the property needed a lot of TLC buy was clean. Staff quite friendly, pool lovely, food mostly nice but sometimes cold. Loved the smoothies in the morning. Coffee good. Struggled to find tea spoons. Too many screaming kids, the restaurant could be split into 2 areas, one for adults only, the other area for families. Healthy 7 out of 10.」
