From helping us to plan our hikes, filling our water bottles for free, or supplying more tea and sugar for our room, to offering a packed dry breakfast to take with us at dawn since we left before sunrise. 「Had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful—they even accommodated changes to my booking despite it being non-refundable, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and the coffee was excellent (very strong—just how I like it!). The only minor issue was that the bathtub drained quite slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, great value and service—I’d definitely stay here again!」
