This place was super cute and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was so nice. It was shoulder season so pretty quiet. I was able to get a hairdryer from the front desk so that was good. The room is pretty bare bones, no tv, the walls are thin. I should have brought ear plugs. But otherwise, I really liked the location and the staff

Perfect, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the only reason to be at el Chalten is for hiking, and this hotel is just perfect to get ready and recharge

We had no electricity from 9pm to 7am. The keys are old metal keys that you need to enter blindly into a whole, we kept earing people swearing while turning their keys 17time before their doors open. Its so incredibly noisy. The bed was comfy and the shower hot, theres easy parking too. But for the noise id recommend something else if you need to sleep early/well pre-hiking.

The location is great, the staff is lovely and always trying to help and the breakfast is ok, you will not leave hungry. It is a hostel with minimal services and amenities; you’ll get a clean bed (terrible pillow) and a functional shower. That it. If your goal is hiking the area all day and have a place to sleep by night it might work for you. I didn’t check other locations in town, it might be the standard in El Chalten, nevertheless, it’s a small pay for visiting such a beautiful part of the world.

The staff were lovely, facilities very clean and at a desirable location only about a 10 min walk from a main entrance to Los Glaciares national park. The beds and pillows were not super comfortable. Another nice addition might be adding televisions to the rooms or at least lobby to feel like more appropriate value for price paid.

This basically a hostel priced like a hotel. It’s shocking the get away with charging such prices but I guess that is supply and demand in Chalten. For a hostel it was fine - no problems and basic adequate breakfast (although coffee was awful) if I had paid £25 instead of the £133 I was charged then I’d be rating it much higher.

Hospedagem muito agradável, bem localizada. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, especialmente pelo Brian. Quarto atendeu bem para 5 pessoas, com bom banheiro, bom chuveiro e limpo. Camas boas. Estacionamento privativo na entrada. Café-da-manhã era bom, e atendeu. Apenas o pão que é muito seco e podia ter mais opção de fruta. Não gostamos da salada de frutas.

Staff was great and everything was very clean. However, hallway noise carries into the rooms and there are no TVs. Fortunately, the internet was fixed after our first day because it really sucked before that like many reviews mentioned.

La atención del equipo de Recepción fue excelente y el desayuno fue super completo con productos frescos. Cómo un área de mejora, la puerta del baño de nuestra habitación (la 22) no cerraba y estaba bastante mal insonorizado, lo que no daba mucha privacidad.
