"i can tell you that the location is great! The guy who is the cab driver for the hotel he is great too and I found him reliable and trustworthy when we booked him to go to a few places. The hotel itself is not for me at all. I read the reviews before booking and others seem to like here but it is not for me and I would never return. I'm just not used to staying in motels. If I'm honest their website pics of the place look so nice and new but it didn't meet reality but maybe its just the room we had and maybe they will get around to making it all nice, clean and new one day. The staff seem cool but I will say they are very forgetful or purposefully forgetful/don't communicate because we would make a request I.e there's ants all over the bathroom toilet and bath and they would say they would send someone but never did. We went and told them our room phone didn't work and since we paid for a deluxe room which could order for room service so needed a working phone they said we will come and sort it but never did. We would go and ask the restaurant directly since no working phone can we order and have room service they made up their faces saying no but we would see them bring food to other rooms but that's ok. Breakfast was hit and miss. A couple things we ordered looked really yummy but tasted so bland it was annoying cause there was no seasoning in the food not even salt! Once we added salt and pepper ourselves it was alright. The pancakes was delicious yum"

"This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future"

"Overall excellent vacation. Overall the Staff was awesome especially the bartender’s. Shoutout to Winston at the pool bar and the lovely lady at the cafe who made us excellent iced coffees. Food exceeded our expectations. Very good for an all inclusive especially a RIU. A few negatives though 1. There is definitely some wear and tear. The shower head and mirror in the bathroom have seen better days (it was clean but definitely needs an update). The mirror had these weird red marks. 2. Not the best experience at Zen. We were sat and our drink orders were taken then we were completely ignored for half an hour. No one took our orders or brought our drinks until the host eventually came to refill our waters and must have sensed our irritation and asked if something was wrong. I explained that it has been half an hour and we were still just waiting for someone to bring our drinks and take our orders."
