"First our check in was great friendly staff she was awesome, we had a guest for couple of hours that drove 2hours to see us an the parking was no issue, the room clean super big the bathroom huge and spotless, beds clean and comfortable a/c, breakfast was delicious mini buffet from waffles to eggs to cereal fruit and more but all delicious and wonderful the staff so friendly and nice family of 4 with 2 toddlers we loved it and worth every penny we are definitely staying here again on our next trip to universal studios oh yeah it was a 8-9min drive to get there it was perfect 👌 and grocery store across the street & Starbucks near and this taco stand that’s right in front lol bomb tacos 😅… but definitely great stay (5⭐️)"

"We stayed one night. Think more motel than hotel. The surrounding area looked iffy. The first room we received had not been cleaned and honestly looked like someone was still using it. We didn't get past the front door. The second room was fine. It was very small but esthetically pleasing. The bathroom had a barn door because that was the only way to fit in the bathroom. The TV did not work. I went to let someone one know and a man said they'd check it out. Someone knocked on our door at 1030pm to ask if the tv was working! I let them know it was not but we were already in bed and I would not be opening the door. This 2nd room was very close to the office so people who rang the door bell kept waking me up. The next day at checkout the receptionist apologized and refunded me the parking fee ($10) for the many inconveniences. "

"We are a family of four that stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The staff was excellent and any requests we made were tended to immediately. The pool area is small but fantastic with bottled water available. The hotel has a great vibe and we loved that there was a grocery store and Starbucks across the street. We also visited Ma’s kitchen which we loved! We found the location excellent. The only issues with the hotel were that the shower was small and the bathroom could have cleaner. There was a thick layer of dust on the baseboards. Additionally, we had a suite with a pull out couch but the mattress was very thin and squeaky. We ended up putting one kid in a cot and the other on the couch. "

"Pillows were not comfortable and the remote for the TV was not working all the time. The sliding doors were difficult to close. I did like how clean the property was. "

"It is a great price and located close to the theme park we visited, but there is a reason the price is lower. The rooms are older and we had ants in our bathroom. I liked the fact that we had a microwave and fridge though. Besides the ants it was an "okay" place to stay."
