The washing machine was leaking, People coming to the house without notification. BBQ Grill is not working (not hot.) No access to the beautiful lake which was the main feature.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. My only comment would be that the pool area could use a good washing. But overall we were very happy and will go back.

Great staff, everyone was super helpful. We upgraded our junior suite room to the Gold level, and was very happy with the lounge and the newly renovated room. The location was amazing, ski in ski out, and a very short walk to the village. Perfect ski vacation
