The Homeport Motel
10/10 Excellent
"This motel is a close walk to a bigger grocery store and convenience store too. Lovely walk. Our room had a small table and two chairs. Worked well for our breakfast. A small area contained a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. There was cutlery and some dishes too. Our check in info was sent to us but the office was available for any help needed. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Would stay there again. We did not use the AC as it was cool enough weatherwise. Lovely to open the window and have fresh air come in."

"Cabins are cute and comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom area was bright and very clean. Only slightly negative observation is that the shower size is small for an average adult male."

"The property is well situated on the main street in Mahone Bay near the harbour, restaurants, shopping and the Town Bandstand. The property itself was lovely with beautiful gardens. We stayed in the upper level of the coach house. It was very well appointed with a maritime aesthetic. It had all of the necessities in a full functioning kitchen. Very clean and spacious with cathedral ceiling. It was our favorite accommodation on our road trip from Toronto to Halifax. Highly recommend."

"Lovely host, friendly and welcoming. Comfy bed, great soaker bath. Best breakfast I have ever had and the experience of all guests sitting around one table was great, met a lovely couple. I have already highly recommended this place to a few friends and will v Continue to do so. We will be back."
