"La propiedad está en una ubicación privilegiada. La habitación es suficiente aunque no tan cómoda. Lo peor es la actitud de un recepcionista que despacha entre semana en las noches. El sujeto se molesta de que lo distraigan de su teléfono, está metido en el que casi no voltea a ver a la gente. Cuando se le pregunta algo contesta molesto y con arrogancia evidenciando que le molesta que lo interrumpan. Fuera de él el resto de personal es amable excepto el guardia que cubre también la noche y que según nos dijeron solo está cubriendo a el guardia que está de vacaciones a quien pudimos conocer en nuestra pasada estancia en ese hotel. Sinceramente no tenemos intención de volver a este hotel. No permiten visitas en las habitaciones según el de la recepción por ser un hotel de dueños evangélicos. Pedimos pasar a unos amigos a nuestra habitación y pagar la tarifa que en otros hoteles tienen y el recepcionista respondió casi ofendido sugiriéndonos irnos a otro hotel."

"The location is in a very convenient spot. Honestly you pay for what you get and the quality is great. The only thing I would say is the balcony view in the is nothing amazing so I’m not sure it’s worth paying extra for the balcony due to the building next to it blocking the views. Rooftop has great views. The food is great. The staff is really nice and helpful. I’d definitely come back I just won’t get the balcony next time and save myself the extra money for that. The jacuzzi is nice but the jets are strong and splashes water EVERYWHERE but I still enjoyed it regardless"

"The hallways were very dark and it was hard to find my room the first night. The staff is very rigid. The coffee in the kitchen was the worst coffee ever had in Colombia. The food was average and was not cooked as requested. The background music was too loud. Unfortunately, this is not a place I can recommend"

"This was a superb, virtually new boutique hotel. Right in the heart of the nightlife. Others have commented on the noisey neighbourhood with restaurants and bars open until we’ll after 2am, and that’s all true. This was my first visit to Medellin and I couldn’t get over how helpful and pleasant the staff were. Nothing was a problem. And they all spoke English. However what I found most helpful was that they were able to organise a full day private tour of the city. And on very little notice. They obviously had an arrangement with a local tour operator, and my driver/guide could not have been more helpful. So much so, I also booked him for the following full day, this time out into the country. The room interiors were virtually new, with walnut wood veneer on the walls. Very classy. Truly a lovely hotel, with exceptional hotel offering exceptional service."
