Loved the staff, everyone at the Holiday Inn Isla location are incredible friendly, helpful and professional! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The area is very walkable many great restaurants and shopping near by. Also very close to Barra Vieja beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Acapulco!

It was an amazing and unique experience, one of the best hotels i been to, perfect for couples who want to get away and want something different from the typical hotel experience, very secluded and one of the best views in all acapulco, definitely gonna try and go back as soon as posible.

the stay was great, nice view, attentions in every aspect, I'll recommended a lot, if you want to eat or drink something else about the restaurant, at the beach you can find a lot of options even cheaper

i have traveled all over the world and these is one of my top 5 hotels....Luxury, privacy, great food and an overall great experience !!!

Not much to do around

Everything was

Cajero automático no trabaja

Wonderful private beach! No foot traffic, no salespeople, calm seashore

Hotel sencillo muy buen ubicado con un excelente servicio, el desayuno es muy bueno para todo tipo de público

Good service

What I liked most was close to the beach and a really nice kitchen. Not many by the beach have a fridge and microwave and this was my favorite in Acapulco so far. Only a lap pool but I go there to be in the ocean and. close to the beach.

Muy buen trato del personal de el hotel

From the moment I arrived, the whole staff treated me like a royalty. The Staff is well educated and trained. Service is prompt and follow directions as instructed. really Good!
