"Internet was okay, but not too speed. Should be better controlled at night when people walk the hallways. Way too loud. Wake up my kids. Consider placing staff to supervise drunk people and ignorant people with no regard for others. "

"Drinks and food are way too expensive. Left resort every day to go to other beaches/resorts and drinks/food were half the price or less. Ate dinner off resort every night over 12 nights. Front desk staff are robotic with zero authority to make things easy (made me fill out paperwork for a 50 peso overcharge from the restaurant that wasn’t our fault! I had photo proof. The one positive is the servers around the pool area (Antonio) was superb. He has wonderful personality and takes pride in his work. Also Francisco at the bellman’s desk really stood out for his welcoming demeanor and tips on places to go. Seven of us in our group and no one will comeback. "

"This hotel is overrated, front desk not helpful, overpriced, food is ok, some discrimination on site, I will not recommend it, reservations for restaurants worst service, also resort credit never honored at none of the stores and front desk said is just to make the reservation attractive but it doesn’t really work"
