「The place has a fantastic location by the beach, and the design of the rooms and outdoor areas is OK. The standard of the rooms is poor, and the beds are terrible. One of the beds had a broken bed base, causing the mattress to sink when you put weight on it. There was very little kitchen equipment, and what was there was shabby. Screws for a shelf were sticking out of the wall, and the bathroom sink had cracks and holes. When we arrived on the first day, it took half an hour before we received...

「Hotel is very clean, the pool area was cleaned/mopped every morning. No sun-bed wars at all. 20 minute from the centre/ Mogán mall, we walked up and down every night. All staff very lovely and welcoming. Happy hour between 12-1300 with good selection of drinks. Only thing I would is that we were told breakfast is from 8am but it was 9/9:30am- could be abit more of an option £8 for either ‘American breakfast’ which wasn’t a big portion at all or continental to choose between pastry’s/fruit etc...

「Hotel pulito con tutti i servizi, La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro di Maspalomas. Il personale è molto gentile, soprattutto i ragazzi del servizio bar e colazione. Anche gli ospiti sono tutti gentile e molto amichevoli, cosa che fa sempre piacere. Bello il giardino, le piscine, sauna e bagno turco, lettini e palestra. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è il Yumbo Centrum con molti negozi e ristoranti. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque voglia fare una vacanza rilassante.」
