Everything was near, only bad thing was our first room shower didn't work nor bathroom and sheets were dirty. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. But the new room was still pretty dirty pubes in the bathroom

Everything was wonderful over our 3 day stay. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and modern. Location, location, location! It's within walking distance to so many things; both touristy, and even a local vibe if you walk just a couple of blocks up off of Fisherman's Wharf. My only complaint is small, but notable... There was no microwave in our room to reheat leftovers. That was a little frustrating, but we made do. Everything else was A+. I would stay here again, as well as recommend it to others.

Tiny but clean and convenient

For the most part, pretty alright. It's a good, budget friendly motel to stay at and is surrounded by several good options for food (Panera, Raising Canes, diners, etc.). Cleaning could use some improvement, but it's not awful. Only complaint is that you probably shouldn't expect a TV remote in your room. I asked for one, and it didn't work.

Wonderful welcoming staff with exceptional service… all the staff at the bar were unreal… would recommend this hotel to everyone
