One of my favorite budget places to stay when I am in the area. Centrally located on the Jamestown Main street, negligible drive to Chicken Ranch, very easy to make the quick jaunt to Sonora or over to Black Oak. Facilities are starting to show their age and the satellite TV has been spotty the last few visits; but the staff has always been wonderful and accommodating each time I've stayed and I've never had any issues with room cleanliness or sanitiziation.

Great stay for the price.

The couple who run the place(they are not the owners) but they work full time. They are amazing. They are friendly helpful and keep the place clean. The pool is always pristine. The plumbing and the comforters need updating.

Photos look better than what you get. The room is not that comfortable, kind of old. The bedding sheets were wrong. The front/parking area of the hotel is not attractive and does not feel safe.

Hotel was clean, front desk was super nice, nice location to walk down town for a bite to eat. Area felt safe. My husband forgot his medication and they called right away and are mailing it. Really appreciate the great service.
