「The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The gym was very nice. The underground parking was great. The breakfast was the best we ever had included at a hotel. It was nice to have non dairy milk available and fresh fruit.We were travelling with our dog. The pet fee was high but I think it was worth it to stay at such as nice place. 」

「I was given the corner room on the top floor directly above the Pancho Villa Suite. They even let me have a look at the room. My room had two balconies with French doors overlooking the historic centre of Durango. Many famous people have stayed here including John Wayne when he made his movies here. The staff was fabulous and the hotel is like a museum. Fabulous 」

「Very nice place for the price it was perfect. You should know that if you don’t have transportation you might have a problem. But I was only there one night and arranged to be picked up. I got codes from host early the morning of my check in and she was very helpful explaining how everything works so I would no have a problem! 」
