This is a nice building in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the main road. The staff was very responsive with any questions I had. The bed and sofa are comfortable. It is a nice place.

Wonderful place to stay! Close to everything! Staff was very helpful and if we needed something, right away they would get it for us! Wry clean place to stay with small Kitchen and appliances and what I loved the most was the washer and dryer. We for sure coming back to this place!

Lovely flat .

Lovely flat , very clean , with everything we needed for a few days stay . There was a toaster, coffee machine , cutlery etc. I loved the fluffy white towels. Nice area and off road parking .

Pleasant stay, able to feel like my own room. No daily maid service, I didn't need on but I texted for assistance and responded quickly. Had kitchenette that I didn't use but was homie feeling. Fridge, microwave, electric plate , pans, utensils, and dishes for four settings. Bachelor studio. Easy to locate a close to historical down town. Used Uber for about $39 pesos .. $3.20 USD

I can't say enough good things

This place is the best deal in Durango hands down. Everything was perfect. The place is new and modern. Location was good. Wifi was great. Room was very clean. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Hot water plentiful. Had access to washer & dryer to do a couple loads of laundry. Great communication with host/manager. Used web based translator to communicate. Needed a few additional pots and pans to use in kitchen, they were furnished quickly with no problems. Coded entry was easy and convenient (no keys to lose).This place is an asset to Durango. Can't go wrong staying here!!
