Perfect location in a historic building

Perfect location right in the heart of downtown Durango. Lots of cute coffee shops and the one in the hotel was open until 11 pm. Right across from the cathedral and less than 2 minute walk to plaza de armas. Museums and lots of food options around. Definitely would return and stay here again. Breakfast had limited options but nonetheless it was tasty. Same items served daily with no fruits or pastries.

Amazing location and comfortable stay

Might be the best location in the city to stay in. Super walkable and in the middle of a ton of historic sites, restaurants, bars and shops. Room was cozy but very comfortable and with an amazing view of the historic street.

The staff was super helpful and beyond friendly. they were very attentive to our family's needs. The hotel is so pretty. We loved it. The beds were comfy, the coffee shop was yummy, it's located right in the center of the plaza. It's safe to walk and shop and eat. We needed an early taxi and they were great about having there on time. We loved it.

My stay couldn’t have been better. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because there is no elevator and my group included children in strollers. The staff is friendly, accommodating and efficient, and the breakfast offers yummy options. The colonial architecture is beautiful and right outside the doors to the hotel is the cathedral, main plaza, and a blocks and blocks of shops, restaurants, clubs, ice cream shops, etc.
