「Hotel felt safe and clean enough for a one night stay. However, we had to make repeated trips to the office, which was locked and only accessible with a door buzzer and intercom, for items that should have been in the room (toilet paper, coffee condiments, paper cups for coffee). The woman at the front desk was helpful each time we buzzed for her. 」
