"Our first room assigned did not have functioning air conditioning. The second room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with many choices and well-prepared foods. One of the main reasons we selected this hotel was the free airport shuttle service. We booked this property in January 2026."

"Mini fridge did not work needed for medicine told there was not one working fridge. Restaurant service was absolutely terrible. Club level had no alcohol and the food was significantly worse than on other visits"

"We’ve found hairs on bed, but looks like the bed sheet has already been changed. Hotel is under renovation, it blocks some of the window views from outside. No complaints about the location, it is close to Louvre and Notre dame Cathedral"

"This was a comfortable base for my exploration of the Marais district. Near several metro stations and walkable to everything of interest in the neighborhood. My room was spacious by Paris standards. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. There is a lovely courtyard to sit and have a drink in after dinner. All in all a good stay!"

"Easy check-in process. Fun high tech room with easily customizable temp/lights, etc which was an amazing feature. Staff was very nice and the breakfast selection was really good. Would love to stay here again both here and in other cities!"
