「Very friendly, they interacted with their guests beyond what is expected from a hostel」

「The accommodation was very nice to stay at and the terrace was very nice. Although the staff were very helpful, the hostel is very understaffed: I had to wait 25mins to get a towel.」

「it's near a bus stop where you could easily access to bust station and city centre. However, the sign board is not so obvious that we passed it without notice. We booked a non-smoking room but the first room we were allocated was very smoky. Luckily, the staff made a change for us. 」
