「I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates...

「Location is the best! The view from the living room is great! Communication with the property manager was flawless, always available and friendly. 「When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you」

「Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Food from the restaurant was delicious. The games could use some maintenance but the kids didn't notice and loved everything and wanted to stay longer. 」

「Un lugar estupendo a 10 minutos de Guadix, donde desconectar y descansar en plena naturaleza. La comida del restaurante es simplemente espectacular (no puedes irte sin probar las gachas) y el desayuno también es de 10. El personal es tremendamente amable y el poder acudir con nuestras mascotas y disfrutar de estar con ellos en todas las estancias del alojamiento, sin duda es lo mejor de lo mejor.
