The room was clean and pleasant. However, The Female toilets in the Cafeteria area were not cleaned. I used them at 08.00am on the morning of 30th Sept and there were items of paper and other sanitary napkins on the floor.

Good for stop off if your on a long journey. Best to include food as there is nothing in area. We had half board dinner was good but breakfast was very basic. We had a suit on 2nd floor with a shower and bath .just needs a touch up on sealent aroud shower as it was going black and pealing. It would be nice to have hot drink tray in room

Stedet ser ikke tillokkende ud udefra men er rigtig pænt indvendigt. Der er store værelser, gode store senge og alt ser nyt og pænt ud. Morgenmaden i cafeteriet er ok, men det er noget forvirrende at finde ud hvad der er inkluderet. Lad vær at købe gennem Hotels.com det er nemmere og billigere at købe det direkte. Placeringen er helt i skoven. Eller rettere klods op ad en motorvej og langt fra byen. Det er det der trækker ned. Kan være ok for en enkelt dag, som gennemrejsende.

La cama muy cómoda. Las instalaciones en general buenas y el personal maravilloso. El hotel en sí es muy bonito, no se aprecia lo suficiente al estar en medio de la autovía... Es preciosos de verdad y muy acogedor.

Mauvaise expérience à Guadix

L'hôtel est vieillot et pas entretenu A notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous indique que la climatisation est en panne. Pas de chance, il fait 35 degrés. Très difficile de dormir avec la chaleur. Bref, très mauvaise expérience.

Très déçu

Tout d'abord un bon accueil et aussi merci pour la gentillesse du personnel du self. Hotel bien tenu question propreté. Bien que mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain... Mais cet hotel est très très bruyant..portes qui claquent en permanence de jour comme de nuit, discutions dans les couloirs jusqu'à pas d'heure...impossible de dormir avant 3 /4 h du matin. De plus ne pas oublier que c'est relais routier donc si vous avez vue sur le parking des camions je vous laisse imaginer. Et bizarrement les " suites "donnent sur ce parking". Climatisation bruyante...ect... Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits mais nous avons préféré aller dormir dans une "cuevas"( génial et surtout aucun bruit). Le fait qu'en demi-pension vous n'avez pas accès a la salle de restaurant...obligé de diner au self ....assez limité en choix. Parking payant et obligé de demander a la réception a chaque sortie ou entrée qu'ils veulent bien venir actionner la porte du garage.... Bref passez votre chemin.

En una de las 2 habitaciones que habíamos reservado no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y era a finales de junio con bastante calor. La únicas opciones que nos dieron fue o hacernos un descuento y estar sin el aire, o pasarnos a una habitación superior pero pagando la diferencia con un 10% de descuento. En estos casos lo normal en otros sitios es que te den algo superior sin pagar más. No obstante el trato del personal para solucionar el problema fue maravilloso pero nuestra queja es con la empresa que en nuestra opinión, no nos deberían haber cobrado de más.

La categoría es de un Hostal. No aconsejo desayuno ni media pensión. es una cafetería de autovía, tuvimos que servirnos nosotros tardaron 20 minutos. Las fotos engañan La habitación esta bien. Recomiendo de paso dormir e irser al día siguiente.
