"Friendly, helpful staff and awesome location. Clean room, comfortable beds (twin beds), hot shower. No in-room coffee, but in walking distance to Starbucks. We will stay again."

"Very clean hotel in a safe busy area. The room is comfortable and a good size. The staff was very nice. The roof is accessible at anytime during their open hours to guests, which was really cool. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. I liked this hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was they controlled the temperature of my room which ran a little warm at night. Would stay again!"

"Clean room, friendy and accomodating staff. Loved the free water and coffee. The downstairs and restruants were great. One downside is that rooms do not have closets."

"Great location for walking to so many of the top attractions in Barcelona. The staff and check-in was amazing. Not just giving us a map, but pointing out the locations for attractions, metro, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. It was a very quiet stay in the hotel. We will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future."

"Nice hotel stay however air con didnt work in the rooms or in the hallways making it unbearably hot. Great roof pool and views and a bar. English breakfast offerings in the buffet breakfast very poor the breakfast was not worth 21 euros a day. "

"Rooms were lovely. Bed very comfortable- air con a little tricky to use. Breakfast very good for the money and bar staff very welcoming with complimentary snacks served with most of our drinks. Location ok too"

"The Hotel manager was excellent she helped resolving some check in issues, however a couple of older male reception staff were very inpatient and slightly rude/short tempered. One staff made our check in very difficult and on the next day, my 11 year old daughter was told off by another male reception staff for filling up her water bottle at reception. She was told she can only drink using the glasses there and should not refill her water bottle. Also from that night they removed water tank from reception until our check out time and then it was placed back there after we checked out!"

"The hotel was clean and very accommodating with our bags. We arrived early and left Barcelona later and the staff was nice enough to let us explore around town and leave our bags until we were ready to leave. I would stay there again. Thanks!"
