「The check in was easy.
The hallways on the 3rd floor , where we stayed was so dirty , I felt like throwing my shoes away after walking on them ( sarcasm ) . Odd smell was not pleasant either.
Fortunately the room was clean and this was a one night stay for us as it is directly across the street from Nice airport with a 10 min walk, easily.
A neighbourhood RAT greeted us at the front door as we were walking out on our way to the airport at 5 am. Fortunately he fled.
No way I would stay there...

「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom.
