Kyoto Universal Hotel Karasuma
breakfast and dinner were included with hotel stay. train station was 8-minute walk. Bus stops where steps from hotel entrance. Staff was helpful and friendly; they also spoke English. I would definitely stay here, when I return to Kyoto.
