I really enjoy my stay. The complimentary breakfast at the lounge is good enough with coffee, hard boiled eggs, yummy toast. There is laundry and gym. The staff helped me to get a taxi to Kyoto Station. It is one of the Small Luxury Hotels. Will definitely come again.
The experience was terrible no matter the terms of using free bar or the drawer is broken to keep close. Even we reply the problems to the hotel staff, there’s no one in this hotel being able to communicate with us in English and to realize what customers require. Ignore guests’ feedback and basic needs for accommodations.
Hotel itself is nice, clean and very modern and at the same time the design was amazing.

I had an extremely good stay at this hotel. I was really wonderfully surprised at the amenities and the care of service. I would very happily come here again.
