Perfect location in Gion and easy to walk around. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We love the coach setting!

The hotel staff were wonderful. One even helped me sort out my flight home when it was suddenly changed by the airline. They also upgraded my room free of charge. The location is perfect for walking to places such as Kiyomizu-dera and Yasaka shrine. Don’t forget you will have to pay Kyoto accommodation tax upon arrival. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to nice places to eat and very comfortable. The only issue was the smoking room on level one, the smell went through the whole first floor. We had no issues on level 4 though. Other than that lovely hotel and staff.

Perfect for my Kyoto stay
Before arriving, I knew the accommodations that I booked myself for and didn't expect much. It was not your high-end hotel with all the amenities. I got a great rate and the property was as I expected. It is a smaller room as we needed 2 beds. It's simple and it was enough for our needs. What I love was that is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

On of the make staff was exceptional. I left my wallet in a taxi and he tracted it down and was returned lucky he spoke english all the others we encountered did not. Great location and usual shower stuff but if you wanted coffee, razor etc you just picked it up as you went passed. But no sugar or milk but then not supplied in some other places we stayed so is probably normal. plenty of eating, shopping and 7/11 shops for extras.

Like the place
The room are very spaceist, super convenience to all the local restaurants. The down side is that the reception don't know alot about things. There is very limited to English.

We were an hour late for checkout but the staff were kind to wait for us and let us collect our belongings. Clean, conveniently located, and spacious compared to other hotel rooms we have stayed at.

It was decent place to stay. Location was best. There was nothing special about the hotel or staff. I did not like how the amenities were not in room and you had to get them from a basket from the front desk. This hotel felt very sterile and not very warm and accommodating. I thought it was expensive for the quality of stay. It is clean as Japanese hotels are and the location is walking distance from major sights.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro and being in Gion, a great spot to base your travels in Kyoto. Hotel and room were clean, the room I stayed in was spacious by Japanese standards, and a Queen bed was a treat!

The location is good and you can get access to the subway, Nikishi Msrket, Gion and plenty of place to eat. Only set back the room is a little small but very clean. The price is a little on the high side.

깨끗하고 청결도가 좋아요 거리도 조용하고 관광지들이 가까이있어 위치적으로도 훌륭합니다. 다만 일본 숙소특성상 화장실 및 사워실이 너무 작아 그부분만 불편했습니다.

荷物を預かってもらえて助かりました。
ライブに行くために宿泊させていただきました。 宿泊当日はチェックイン時間より前にも関わらず（朝9時頃）荷物を預かっていただけて、（15時以前に部屋に入らないことを前提に）チェックイン手続きも済ませていただきました。 そのあとは身軽に観光等ができ、ライブも楽しめました。 部屋は2人で泊まるには十分な広さがありました。 また、トイレとお風呂が別になっていた点もとても良い点だと思いました。 翌日にはチェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけましたので、京都を離れるまで身軽に観光ができ、とても助かりました。 八坂神社が近く、他にも観光するのに良い立地だと思いました。 ただ、周囲の駐車場が若干高めなので、専用の駐車場があるとベストだと思いました。（立地が良すぎて難しいかもしれませんが。）

アクセス便利でコスパ良し！
祇園近辺を観光するのにはとても便利でした。 バス停ですと「知恩院」下車が便利でした。 宿も清潔ですし、素泊まりで十分だとお考えならコスパ最高です。 歓楽街側なので、男性のみで歩いているとキャッチのかたに声をかけられると思います。

I didn't like it, I stayed in Japan for 20 days, I went to 5 hotels and this was the worst. The bathroom gave off a smell of sewage, there was no plastic curtain in the bathroom which left the floor outside the bathtub flooded. The rooms are not cleaned daily, you have to ask every time you want it to be cleaned, I did not like it because it is obvious that guests want it to be cleaned, if they do not want to, they will warn you. The service was good, but below average if we consider the Japanese standard.

Si lo que te interesa es estar en contacto con la zona más tradicional, esta es una muy buena opción para quedarte, estando cerca del templo Yasaka y de Hanamikoji dori. Tienes tanto metro como guaguas cerca, así como un par de conbini. Al lado mismo tienes una zona preciosa con un riachuelo y restaurantes. Además, como atractivo para algunos, paseando por la zona, hemos tenido la suerte de ver alguna maiko y geiko de camino a sus citas(si las veis, por favor, sed respetuosos, son personas que están trabajando, no las molesten). También tienes alrededor del hotel, varios sitios de comida, y sitios para salir a tomarse unas copas. El hotel dispone de lavadora y secadora de pago, barato para mi gusto, y además te pueden prestar una plancha por si te hace falta. Y la gente que trabaja ahí es agradable y hablan inglés. Yo repetiré. Un saludo.

가족여행중에 사용한 숙소였는데 제가 위치를 잘못알고 예약을 해서.. 주변에 술집이 아주 많았습니다. 술집은 많지만 소란스럽진 않았습니다. 아침에 주변 산책하기가 좋고 근처에 큰 편의점이 있어서 편했습니다. 역에서는 좀 거리가 있고 입구가 잘 눈에 띄지 않아서 밤에 숙소찾을땐 헤맸습니다.
