Staff were friendly enlugh at check in but beyond that didn't really want to help. Rushed out of breakfast at 9.45am every day when it is stated it's open until 10am - this happend twice as we weren't rushing with our 2 small children. No help when requested with the washing machines. Rooms typically small but only 3 towels when we were booked with 4 people, same with pillows. We did get extra when requested but why not just check how many people are staying per room. Plastic cutlery for breakfast felt cheap and unnecessary.
