A unique town house in a convenient location near Kyoyo station. But ceiling was too low in some places & stairs are too steep. Had a foot massager in the room which was nice after all the walking in Kyoto.

We enjoyed our stay there and will come back when we go to Kyoto again. 1) check-in and check-out instructions are very clear. Their staff Ms Choi is very nice and speaks good English. We went to Kyoto for our honeymoon, and she is very kind to offer us a welcome gift. 2) The house is close to Kyoto Station (~5 min walk). The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and close to car rentals, car parks, convenient stores and restaurants. 3) The house is a beautiful old Japanese style building well equipped with air-conditioners, modern kitchen, bath, toilet and laundry etc, and even better there is a foot massager machine there! 4) The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, big enough for 3-4 adults. The stairs are quite steep, we are fine with that but might not be suitable for the elderly or young children. The futon (Japanese bedding) is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. My husband is quite picky about bedding, but he likes the futon and pillow.

매우 만족스러웠지만 그랬기에 더욱 아쉬웠었던 숙소.

정말 위치, 청결도, 넓이 등 시설 모든게 만족스러웠지만, 3월 중순, 약간 쌀쌀한 날씨에 실내의 온풍기를 틀어놓아도 많이 따뜻해지지않는 느낌을 받았습니다. 2층의 온풍기도 리모컨으로 시간을 설정하는 방법이라던지 더 자세하게 나와있었으면 좋았을거같았습니다. 하지만 정말 직원, 설비 모든부분에서 너무 만족스러워 숙소 덕분에 더욱 좋은 여행이 된거ㅠ같습니다.

地理位置好，房間新且大

地理位置很近京都站，附近食肆亦很多；房間有兩層，很大，設施俱全，意外地還有腳部按摩機，逛一天後可以按按腳，但暖氣非常不足，室內也要穿很厚；每天有人清走垃圾，茶包咖啡不會補充。

日式冬天很冷的屋子。

没有冬天来日本过。我想说看起来挺好的民宿真心很冷。北方人受不了房间里面还要穿羽绒服。卫生间和浴室 相比露天就是搭了个顶。空调根本解决不了本质问题。进去你还能看到空调管道的露天处。洗澡脱衣服真是要冻死。洗完穿衣服也是要冻死。第一天洗澡就感冒了。房子确实挺有趣。日式。就是无福消受。
