「Excellent room and staff」

「The staff is so great at this hotel. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and warmth. The room is always clean, the housekeeping staff is amazing. The restaurant is fabulous. All the restaurant staff is helpful and kind. I have stayed here a few times and I will always stay at this hotel when I am in Hyderabad. The management is fantastic here.」

「Stayed at Sheraton Hyderabad for a few nights and had a comfortable experience. Check-in was smooth, and Shruti at the front desk was especially helpful, checking in to see if I needed anything during the stay. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast had a good variety, and the location is convenient for Gachibowli and HITEC City. Would stay again.」

「Check in process takes a lot of time. Had booked 3 rooms but only 2 were available. The guy who checked us in was grumpy and was not courteous. They had double booked and asked us to take a Rapido to another building of theirs. They did upgrade 1 room. Bathroom and toilet have no partitions. There is a power socket in the shower area. 」
