「Good」

「Great price-value ratio and central location in Greenlands help me choosing this place again and again. Walked to it from Begumpet train station in 10+ minutes, and next day Begumpet metro station was even closer. Rooms were spacious as always, with good WiFi and nice bathroom. Pool was fine, though the fact that it's on the restaurant floor sometimes caused some noise and preying eyes from the restaurant folk.

「The interior design is really nice. Good restaurant for meal & nice staff! 」

「Friendly and helpful staff. Location is very convenient. Enjoyed the breakfast.」

「The service is good, beds are nice and clean, but that’s pretty much the highlight. Overall the hotel felt aged and lack of good maintenance. Would not be a priority to stay again. 」

「Clean room」

「Dishonest Staff and Poor Service: The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.」

「Noisy for rooms facing the main road. The hotel rooms itself is comfortable and clean」

「When I clearly blocked the room for 3 adults with 2 queen beds, we were given only 1 bed. This is outright not right and not adhered to the policies what was defined.」
