"The spa was clean and my husband enjoyed his manicure. The pool was cold and refreshing; Visa bar was delightful and we enjoyed trying new cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. What I especially appreciated was the fact they set up towel swans and a banner on the bed for our anniversary. We also received some cake in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. It was the little details that made it special."

"All in all, a very good experience, staying at the Vivanta Hyderabad. Chef Akshaya was outstanding and gave us an extraordinary Thai meal at the Thai Pavilion. My complements to him. The housekeeping staff particularly, Sai Rani, Sourabh and Zaheer were very good in their work and kept us well stocked and the room clean. Anirban in the restaurant was always on his feet, trying to help."

"Of all of the hotels we stayed at in three months in India, this was our least favourite. Upon arrival the lady on reception was brusque, the situation was not helped by a ghost transaction on my card which noted the hotel cost as debited but the lady was adamant it had not been received, this took a lot of time to resolve and four separate conversations. There was a wedding taking place and therefore the hotel was extremely busy, there were a number of very rude guests who started speaking to the reception staff when I was mid-conversation, obviously this was not the hotel’s fault. There were also plus points, the beds were very comfortable and the room service good. Mr Kumar who was at reception at 4am when we left for the airport was extremely helpful and apologetic in respect of the issues with payment, he also arranged a complimentary car to the airport. Overall, a mixed experience"
