I travelled with a 80yr old and a 10 yr old. I found the staff extremely hospitable and that made my stay very memorable. There are plenty of dining options including room service which was super convenient. Their sightseeing packages were also convenient.

Amazing hotel - great staff

Stayed for a week in April 2024 to attend a wedding. From the time I arrived at the Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli, the service was outstanding. Staff were attentive, friendly, and did everything possible to make this stay enjoyable and memorable. The room was really great, very thoroughly cleaned every day During the week, I experienced both restaurants (Mrs Mage and Collage) and Hodd's bar, the Spa (for a Fusion massage), used the Hotel's Car/Driver service, and had a number of requests for various members of staff. The facilities are outstanding, but what really made the stay exceptional were the staff. Can't recommend highly enough!
