「Loved it, felt like a real local. Washer was a plus and included detergent! Fast responses and overall a great stay :) 9.8/10 a little bit dusty specifically the top of air conditioner but hey, it’s an older place, it was expected and part of the vibe. Recommend if you want to stay in a more traditional place hence the name of the place. 」

「Wonderful place to stay, we loved that the area was in a real neighborhood and not touristy. The only complaint is the main bedroom faces a an alley that has a motion activated light that shines bright on and off all night while you are trying to sleep. Dark shade would help this situation. 」

「Great pretty for a family to stay in. The lift taking you to each level of the house was excellent! Loved staying here! 」

「This was the perfect place to stay in Kyoto. There was the cutest bakery three doors down that had the best pastry and bread. Close to convenience stores and a grocery store. Close to bus stops and the castle! The location can’t be beat. The space was clean and spacious. Although I would suggest that the space is more conducive to those not worried about privacy and noise as the space is quite open. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10! 」
