"This place is amazing. This place was built in 2025, so everything is brand new. It is close enough to Universal Studios Japan, but not in the middle of the large and loud crowds, as well as close enough to get into the other areas of Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto. The breakfast was top notch. I recommend highly."

It lacks the amenities of a larger hotel but we were able to get breakfast at 7/11 and ubereats and still saved a ton of money. We stayed at 4 hotels during our Japan trip and this is the hotel where everyone slept like a dream! This was the best experience!"

"ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower was a wonderful place to stay. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of Osaka, which made the experience extra special. The Sky Buffet restaurant was a highlight — great food with stunning city views. The hotel is very conveniently located near subway stations, making it easy to get around. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were very comfortable and well maintained. Overall, it was a great stay and a hotel we would happily recommend."
