"Courteous and prompt customer service. I stayed in quad room with Kaaba view as I was travelling with 4 little ones. The view is spectacular. My kids told me it was the best vacation ever and they want to come back again and stay in the same hotel and room."

"The room was great, service was a bit slow at the counters/reception, it was however peak season, so this is probably understandable. The breakfast was however really poor quality and seemed like the area was not big enough to accommodate the high volume of guests, neither was the food."
